The method
Observe, understand, repeat and master: four steps linked in one continuous progression.
Identify posture, footing, guard and the overall quality of the movement.
Know why a move works, when to use it and how to correct it.
Build clean reflexes through regular, progressive training.
Combine precision, rhythm, movement and decision-making.
The quality of the gesture, the attitude and the behaviour. Boxing cleanly, with precision and respect, while developing a personal, controlled and coherent style.
The consistency, listening, repetition and high standards that turn that style into real progress.
“It's the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen.”
— Muhammad Ali
The classes
Kids and teens join their own age group directly. Women choose between Ladies Boxing and the adult class. And on Sunday mornings, it's Family Sunday — parent & child together.
Ages 7–12
Discover boxing, move well and learn self-control.
Motor skills, coordination, footwork, rules and channelling energy in a clear, safe environment.
Ages 13–17
Build technique, fitness and autonomy.
A structured class to progress by objectives, learn to box cleanly and gain confidence.
Family
Two hours together, on Sunday morning.
The first hour (10:00–11:00) brings together the little ones and their parents; the second (11:00–12:00) the older kids, with a mother-daughter moment. A single membership — one parent's — covers the duo.
Women
A women-only space to learn complete boxing.
Technique, coordination, strengthening and fitness — no contact imposed, with a tailored progression.
18+
Learn seriously and train hard, usefully.
Technique, footwork, pad work, conditioning and progressive intensity — for beginners and experienced boxers.
